Stephanie R. Moore, DNP, APRN, ACNS-BC

Stephanie is an Nephrology CNS at Nephrology Specialists of Tulsa. She joined the staff in June of 2021 after being with Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa for 10 years. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She earned a Doctor of Nursing practice from Oklahoma City University, a Master of Science degree in nursing (Acute Care Clinical Nurse Specialist) from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma.

Currently, Stephanie provides care in outpatient dialysis clinics in Tulsa and the surrounding areas. She is an active member of OACNS and NACNS. She is a Past President for the Oklahoma Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists (OACNS) in 2020 and Immediate Past President for OACNS in 2021. She has also served on the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists (NACNS) Affiliate and Education Committees.

Previous experience includes patient care in outpatient oncology, and coordination of the survivorship support program. She has been involved in at the organizational level by serving on committees including the Transformational Leadership Committee, the Cancer Committee, member of the Breast Program Leadership Committee.

Additionally, Moore served in nursing sphere at hospitals in Oklahoma, and Kansas. She has been active in academia as a clinical instructor and Director of the Acute Care Clinical Nurse Specialist Program at the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing. She is a two-time winner of the school's Outstanding Faculty of the Year Award.  She was also elected to the Oklahoma Board of Nursing Advanced Practice Advisory Committee.  

Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and knitting. She also enjoys learning and supporting schools in her hometown of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She volunteers as a Girl Scout Troop leader in her community and mentors young women in her church.
